Cheese Sponge Cake

2 weeks ago i baked a Cheese Sponge Cake using the Buffalo Smart Cooker. Simple & straight forward steps. What a big cake! It was quite big serving for a small family like mine. Don't know why my kids refused to eat them *doink* I had to give away half to friends. Next time i should try half all the ingredients and get a smaller cake.

Look at the texture! Soft & spongy. Yummy!

Hi, Thanks for your compliments.
I bought the premixed flour from the Buffalo shop. All the ingredients are prepared according to the right portions. I just have to mix them and put in the Buffalo Cooker and bake it. Very easy.

This is a very good cooker even though the price is not cheap. It makes my life easy. Hope you enjoy using it. Happy cooking :)

Hi! My mil also has just bought this buffolo rice cooker. I want to use it to bake cake. My I know do we have to pre heat the rice cooker before baking it? As I know, baking cake using oven, the oven Ned to be pre heated first. Thanks!

No need to pre-heat it. Just use the Cake function will do. Hope it helps.
